About the role

Alpha Timber and Devox are growing. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to win new trade accounts with builders, developers and contractors across Sydney.

You will spend your time in front of trade customers, opening doors for structural timber, sheet products and the Devox range, then handing work cleanly to our sales and install teams.

What you'll do

• Find and win new trade accounts with builders, developers and contractors
• Grow sales for Alpha Timber and the Devox range
• Visit sites and trade customers across Sydney
• Build a clear pipeline and keep follow-ups moving
• Work with the Ingleburn sales team so quotes and supply stay accurate
• Represent Alpha Timber and Devox professionally on every call and visit

What you'll need

• Proven experience in trade sales, building products or a similar B2B role
• Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for customer visits
• Confidence speaking with builders, site managers and estimators
• Strong follow-through: you close the loop and do not let leads go cold
• Comfortable with targets and reporting simple pipeline numbers
• Based in or able to work daily from Ingleburn
